Course Details

Health Safety Training does not offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for this course. Due to the short duration and low cost of the program, RPL assessment would provide limited value to participants.

Certification

Participants who are deemed competent will receive a Statement of Attainment recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). This certification is nationally recognised across Australia.

This Statement of Attainment is issued by Health Safety Training in affiliation with Commonsense Safety Training (RTO ID 41347).

Course Overview

  • Completing both theoretical and practical assessment activities

The course is designed to be easy to understand and includes practical demonstrations to reinforce learning.

Assessment

Participants are required to successfully complete:

  • Written/theoretical assessment
  • Practical observation assessment

Entry Requirements

Each participant must:

  • Have basic English reading, writing, numeracy, and communication skills (minimum Year 10 level)
  • Have access to suitable items for lifting practice (e.g., one small box and one larger box or container)
